For Borrowers

1. Read the  listing guidelines section of the website 

2. Register on Prosper as a borrower

3. Join the Webmaster Lending group  

4. Create a loan listing on Prosper with all the information required in listing requirements

5. Post additional required information on webmasterlending.com on the Borrow Now! section of the site

5. Webmaster Lending will only approve listings with complete information

6. We will also post all loan listings on this website, in our RSS feeds, and to our opt-in email list  

7. Be sure to answer any questions in the Listings section of this website as well as on prosper

8. Thats it! You are done. Prosper will automatically deposit money into you bank account once the loan is fully funded.  Prosper will also automatically deduct interest from your bank account every month.

For Lenders

1. Browse or search in the Listings section of this website for projects you are interested in supporting

2. Carefully evaluate the business plan, the credit rating of the borrower, and the interest rate

3. If you find one you are interested in;

3.  Register on Prosper as a lender

3. Join the Webmaster Lending group 

4. Bid on the loan list

5. If you win, Prosper will automatically deposit interest payment into you bank account monthly!
