In order for loans to be approved for posting by Webmaster Lending they must be tied to a specific project and include the following information in additional to what Prosper requires.

• Borrower must explain the general concept he or she is planning to implement. If an existing website exists, an URL must be included in the listing
• Borrower must include relevant experience 
• A plan and budget on how the money raised will be spent such as marketing, development, and hiring
• List of successful websites the borrower had operated or is currently operating
• Username(s) of the borrow on webmaster community sites such as Sitepoint, Digitalpoint, Webmaster World, Cre8asite  

• For new projects:
• Expected source of income (example: Adsense, YPN, and others)
• Expected monthly income once established

• For the expansion of an existing website

• Screenshot of year to date monthly web traffic stats
• Screenshot of last month daily web traffic stats
• Screenshot of year to date monthly earnings (example: Adsense, YPN, Paypal, and others)
• Screenshot of last month daily earnings (example: Adsense, YPN, Paypal, and others)
