I am a 33 year old, college graduate (BS in Business Management). I work for a gov't contractor. I have been there for 5 years. I am also a licensed real estate agent (4 years) and I have a GraphicDesign/Website Design company (since 2001). I am also getting married in May!
I would like to start off 2007 stress and debt free. My goal is dive in and to take my businesses to the next level this year. I have found advertising and marketing are very important and I know that is why things have taken off the way that they could. I would like to use the money to payoff some bills as well as put part of it toward advertising.
I also do investments and I have one under contract now (photo attached). Once this property is sold I plan on either paying off or paying down this loan. I don't want to wait for settlement because we know how those thing can fall through. I don't think it will but you never know. I would like to get some funds before a couple of my bills fall behind and to make sure my credit score doesn't suffer.

I was late on my car note and a credit card but I just brought them both current.
