Hi Lenders,

I am an Entrepreneur requesting for a start-up financing for my home-based business. Its going to be a mix of dealership with Cherubs, Wedding Invitations Dealership and Computer Service & Wbsite Development service. On the side, my friends and I are planning to do the weekend stint with renting stalls at Farmers Market (or Rose Bowl every 1st Sunday of the Month) and selling food and goods.

The money will be used  to buy the necessary business accounting software, hire an Accountant, get a business insurance and perform pre-operating activities such as market research, purchase office equipment and supplies, etc.

In details, I  plan to use the money to purchase a reliable macbook, a printer and some expensive but much needed software for graphic design (Adobe) and Website Development (Macromedia), and some light inventory of goods to be sold at Farmers. I already did some basic website www.ez1031exchange.com and www.aerofin.net and am building my own which is www.achuchu.com (in the works).

I already established a busines name, a Delaware LLC and am presently working on securing the necessary local permit. My experience in handling a business is extensive. I opened up my first business center / internet shop overseas and operated/managed it for 5 years. It is still running and I remain as a Consultant (My sister owns it now). I am a computer techie with so much interest on building, creating, and running a business that is in my line of interest: Graphic design, computer hardware/software troubleshooting, Website Creation, Digital Media Conversion. Eventually I want to be able to spill over some business to the existing one that I used to operate.

We are starting small, but dreaming big.

My BF and I are looking into establishing other source of income aside from where we are right now.
I reconfirm and commit to paying back the loan in full and on time.

I pulled out my credit report yesterday because I questioned my credit score. My Experian Credit score is 698 using the Experian PLUS (TM). I believe Prosper uses Experian ScoreX PLUS (TM) model thats why my score is in the "D" category. As for the debt service ratio, I dont pay for rent, I dont pay for mortgage. I get funds from my Consultancy work overseas. Please include this consideration when u bid on my loan request. Thank you!
